NO RETURN POLICIE

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase or services provided by SkinCare By Liraz under any circumstances. No Warranties THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE.

skin care products, spa services and gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT POLICY’S HOURS’ NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.
ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Types Of Facials

As a skincare professional, my top priority is selecting the facial treatment that is most suitable for your skin type. After carefully examining your skin under the light, I will choose the best facial treatment for your specific needs. It's important to note that sometimes a chemical peel may not be suitable for your skin, even if you have booked it online.

On your appointment day, I will review your skin and determine the appropriate treatment for you. I will keep you updated on the treatment we will be performing and ensure that you are comfortable with the process. My goal is to provide you with a positive and beneficial experience that leaves your skin looking and feeling its best.

CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT
Due to our limited seating and our guest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. 
All guests most sign a consent form.
